ABOUT

Sacchi Patel is a recruiting leader focused on equality and inclusion. He’s currently Head of Recruiting at Pilot.AI and a diversity consultant/speaker. Previously, he has recruited at Facebook, Google, Orbital Insight and DAQRI.

His academic focus has been in diversity and social change as he received a MS in Cultural Foundations of Education and a BS in Psychology from Syracuse University, and studied HR Management & Diversity/Inclusion at Cornell University’s ILR program.

Before joining the tech industry, Sacchi was an Assistant Dean and Adjunct Faculty at Stanford where he led campus-wide initiatives, created new policies, and enforced new guidelines for healthy student conduct and inclusion. He is Co-Founder of MasculinityU, a gender equality/ diversity & inclusion consulting firm, and is a Board of Directors Member of the Silicon Valley Recruiters Association (SVRA) through which recently, he has led panel discussion events on diversity recruiting at Service Now, Course Hero, & Chan Zuckerberg Initiative.
